To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time student during the conference (March 28– March 31, 2023). Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter) including the expiry date via online registration form. Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for students who have full time job.

Attendees should check if they require a visa to enter Japan on the website of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

●	Please note that if you make a card error 5 times or more, you will not be able to proceed to the payment page. If you get a card error more than twice, please try another credit card or consider a bank transfer.

●	Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “PECS-XIII”. However, the exact name of the drawer might slightly vary depending on the card company.
●	Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matter.

Bank Wire Transfer
Bank Transfer: Not Available for the payment after March 10(JST).
Bank Transfer Payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc. The destination bank account GMO Aozora Net Bank.
Bank Transfer Payment is available only in Japan. (Please note that the payment procedure pages are written only in Japanese.)

●	Please note that the bank account No. will be unique to each participant. Therefore, please find your bank account No. on the procedure page of your My Page and complete the payment individually.
●	A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions for bank charges.

Issuance of Invoice

●	If you need an invoice for the approval of payment, kindly send an email to PECS-XIII Registration Desk.
●	Kindly proceed with registration to PECS-XIII before sending us your inquiry email because registration number (A00xxx) is needed for the issuance of the invoice.
●	Please inform us if any of the following information are necessary to be included in the invoice. (For example, affiliation’s full name, affiliation’s full address, tax number/Tax ID, VAT number, etc.)

Issuance of Receipt
After the payment is completed, registrants will be able to download the receipt by logging into their own account page on the registration system by April 30, 2023[JST]. Please be noted that any request of sending receipts via email or postal mail is unacceptable.

After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change or cancel your registration status online. Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to PECS-XIII Registration Desk (pecs-xiii_regist@pecs-xiii.org)　with your name and registration number (A00xxx).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon - Fri 10:00-17:00 [JST = UTC+9] except national holidays). After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.
